Saratoga Marriage License Information:
City Hall

Saratoga Springs, New York.
To apply for a marriage license if you are over 18 years of
age, both individuals must appear and bring two forms of
identification, a certified copy of the divorce papers or death
certificate (if applicable) and know your social security
number. There is a 24 hour waiting period once the license is
purchased and it is good only in New York State. The license is
good for 60 days and the fee is $40. There is no requirement for
a blood test in New York State.
